Employment
Employment
opportunities are provided as a right of membership into the Clubhouse.
Members can return to paid employment as staff members assist in job
placement, job retention and on the job training.
Transitional Employment
The Clubhouse manages several job sites within the community that
allows members to be placed for a 6-9 month term. A job coach is
assigned to the members for the duration of the job.
Supported Employment
A job is developed with a member in mind. After an adjustment
period, the member remains on the job receiving support when needed.
Independent Employment
A member may secure their own employment while maintaining support
from the Clubhouse. The job sites are not maintained by the Clubhouse
or job coach.
